If the "Short" model is designed for maximum concealability, the Bruni NEW 380 LONG focuses entirely on aesthetics and balance. The 3-inch barrel lengthens the gun's line to a total of 18.2 cm, immediately recalling the classic holster revolvers used by law enforcement in the 80s and 90s. Constructed entirely of metal alloy (Full Metal), it weighs a solid 650 grams and, thanks to the anatomical grip in rubberized polymer, guarantees exceptional aiming stability and tactile feel.
Reliable Cylinder Mechanism:
The aesthetics change, but the reliability remains absolute. The 5-shot rotating cylinder mechanism (caliber .380) eliminates the risk of jamming typical of semi-automatic pistols. You can use it in Double Action, repeatedly pressing the trigger to rotate the cylinder and fire shots in rapid succession, or in Single Action, pre-cocking the hammer with your thumb to lighten the trigger pull. Exhaust gases are safely vented from the top hole (Top Firing system).
Short or Long? How to choose: Are you undecided between this model and the New 380 Short? It's very easy: if you use the gun mainly to train dogs and need to keep it in your pants pocket, take the "Short". If, on the other hand, you keep it at home for home defense (deterrent effect) or on display, the 3-inch barrel of this "Long" makes a much bigger impression and is definitely more beautiful to look at!
Remember the right ammunition (.380 R): We will never tire of repeating it. This revolver accepts only .380 R (Rimmed) caliber rounds, which are specially flanged to lock into the cylinder. 8mm or 9mm PAK rounds for semi-automatics do not work! Add a box of .380 cylinder ammunition (Fiocchi or Özkursan brand) available in our store to your cart so you don't run dry.
Quick and effective cleaning: The advantage of the revolver is that it cleans in two minutes. There is no slide to disassemble! After emptying the 5 spent casings, open the cylinder to the side, pass the metal brush (which you find in the case) inside the 5 firing chambers and spray a little gun oil spray. You are already ready for the next session!
